We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to customers within the United States. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be received in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, or up to 30 business days for orders of $7,000 or more.
If a prepaid return label is provided by Collectible Infinite LLC, the cost of that label will also be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collectible Infinite LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
