Return Policy
We offer free speedy shipping thru UPS for US orders, with shipping typically within 5-10 business days. If you need to initiate a return, please do so via email.
Return Window
We offer a hassle-loose return window of 30 days for US orders and forty five days for global orders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges once this era has passed.
Eligibility for Returns
Items should be returned back within the same condition as obtained and in their original packaging. In a few instances, a 15% restocking fee may additionally practice, but we goal to waive this fee for non-abusive conditions in most cases.
Please note that refunds will not be issued until the product is returned and examined. If the returned product is not in its original quantity or condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the extent of the discrepancy.

The time required for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping, and we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proper tracking. Return Shipping Costs
You are liable for any delivery costs while returning an object. Shipping prices are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the return shipping cost might be deducted.
If your return is for a large order ($600+), consider contacting us via email so that we can get you a return shipping label with insurance. If not, regardless of how big the order is, in the case that the package is lost or damaged during shipment, customers are responsible for the financial loss it as we do not refund until after we receive the products back.
