Return Policy
Return Window
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once this period has passed.
To qualify, you must notify us and provide a valid tracking number within the 7-day window. The tracking information must show that the carrier took possession of the return package within this timeframe for it to be considered valid. Returns shipped or reported after this period may be denied.
Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item, or up to 30 business days for orders of $7,000 or more.
If your order included free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Collectible Infinite LLC may be deducted from your refund. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may also be deducted unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect product). Deductions are made at our sole discretion.
Before sending any return, please email us to confirm the correct return shipping address, as our return department uses a different facility than the address shown on the website footer.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more or a partial refund based on the condition received.

Important Notes
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., UPS) to ensure safe delivery. Collectible Infinite LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit and cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of the return label (if provided by us) may be deducted.
We recommend using UPS without signature delivery. If a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for the financial loss, as refunds are only issued once the product is received. This includes cases where the carrier returns the package after a missed signature attempt and subsequently loses it.
